Cash Rating on a Eurograde 0 Safe
EN1143-1 is a European security standard, Eurograde 0 safes and above will have been tested and certified to this level of certification. A grade 0 safe will have the cash rating of £6,000 along with the valuables rating of £60,000.
Insurance Company Approval
Before purchasing a safe, your insurance company may specify a certain cash or valuables rating that will be suitable to fit within your policy. Many of the Eurograde 0 Safes available are AiS (Insurance Approved) which will then help when speaking to your insurance surveyors and obtaining a quotation for your premiums.
The selection of the correct safe is important as you want to ensure that your jewellery and personal belongings are secure. The potential risk of theft will not only be financially difficult, but emotionally it can upsetting when someone enters your home.

Key or Electronic
The choice of either key or electronic locking will entirely be down to personal preference. Would you prefer to hide and store a key? Or would you prefer to have regular access by using a digital lock when accessing the safe.
